    Chico(16 oz Four Pack)

Chico Pale Ale is one of our year-round beers. This beer is named after Chico, California, home of Sierra Nevada and the OG American Pale Ale. Compared to the OG, Chico is more bitter and hop forward. Think of Chico as a modern version of the OG. Chico is hoppy, grapefruity, refreshing, and assertively bitter for a Pale Ale.

    Cortes (16 oz Four Pack)

    0 out of 5

Cortes is an homage to our Chief Carl Conveyer, Alex Guzman! This Pink Guava Pale Ale was originally brewed for his wedding and – we gotta say – it’s the perfect MARRIAGE of all things hoppy, fruity, and crushable! The union of Idaho 7, Cascade, and Amarillo hops with Pink Guava puree create a tropical synergy of fruit-forward flavor while still being astonishingly crushable!

    Easy (16 oz Four Pack)

Easy is our collaboration with our good friends over at Easy Tiger USA. This beer is a Munich-Style Helles Lager. “Helles”, in German, means ‘light’ or ‘bright’. So this is literally a Light Lager. It carries a moderately sweet body, low bitterness, and low hop flavor/aroma. It is meant for long afternoons in a beer garden with friends and pretzels.

    Gary (16 oz Four Pack)

One big ol’ hot mess of juicy hop flavor! Our good friend returns with that “freshly-squeezed” juiciness we all love! Strata, Simcoe, and Sabro Cryo Hops emanate big notes of pineapple and guava, underpinned with softer tones of coconut, peach smoothie, and sweet lime. For Gary, we implement a “Cool Pool”. This process involves dropping the temperature of the whirlpool prior to adding hops. In this case, we cooled the wort from 212ºF to approximately 180ºF before adding the hops. This process allows us to capture delicate hops oils that would otherwise volatize-out at higher temperatures, minimize isomerization of alpha-acids, and reduce hopleaf polyphenol extraction – all which maximize hop oil aroma intensity and minimize bitterness/astringency.

    Joe (16 oz Four Pack)

There’s nothin like a good cup of joe, amiright? We love our morning coffee and we also love BEER. Shocker. It just makes sense to get our two favorite beverages together in one tasty pint! To be honest, if Coffee and Beer were the only beverages left on the planet, I’d be just fine.

    Ramathorn (16 oz Four Pack)

Ramathorn aka Slamathorn is a bigger, badder, maltier, mustachier version of Carl. This is a great representation of strong German Bock, just fermented with our kolsch yeast. Bock means ‘ram’ in German. That’s why Shiner has the ram on their bottles. We took that ‘ram’ idea and coupled with the main character of Super Troopers, Arcot Ramathorn. Farva will make an appearance some day….

    Rosa (16 oz Four Pack)

Our original kettle-sour is back! For this batch, we feathered-in the raspberry puree throughout fermentation rather than our usual bulk addition after cold-crashing the beer. With this technique, the sweet and sour raspberry qualities are much more integrated into the base beer – creating a lighter body, softer pink color, and a unified, approachable flavor. This batch is less pink starburst and more sour patch kids – the acidity and sugars are in perfect equilibrium! Super clean and super refreshing!

  • Slater(16 oz Four Pack)

    0 out of 5

Slater is our year-round West Coast-style IPA. He’s initially named after Surf-Royalty, Kelly Slater. However, many think it is named after ‘Saved by the Bell’ hunk, AC Slater, played by Mario Lopez. Either cool guy works for me. These guys are strong, talented, and likeable, just like this IPA.

  • Smalls(16 oz Four Pack)

    0 out of 5

Smalls is a juicy, hazy, hoppy af, pale ale. This beer is brewed with the hop load of IPAs like POW or Crosby, just with less alcohol. Our goal is to create a similar experience of a Hazy IPA, but in a beer that you can drink throughout the day. We used some of our favorite hops in this brew that deliver a full platter of stone fruit and juicy undertones.

Tiny Viking is an aromatic, hop haul! We used Norwegian Kviek yeast to create a tiny haze hit. Super approachable but filled with juicy flavor.
