Our fall seasonal combines the malty goodness of a German lager with the clean crispness of an American ale. Brewed with Munich malts and a delicate blend of Bavarian hops, it's a full-bodied treat with a nutty-sweet middle, a warming alcohol level and notes of toasted grains. A pre-winter winner.
Big Wave is light golden ale with a subtle fruitiness and delicate hop aroma. A smooth, easy drinking refreshing ale. The lightly roasted honey malt contributes to the golden hue of this beer and also gives a slight sweetness that is balanced out by our special blend of hops.
Bomb! is an imperial stout aged on Nordaggio's espresso beans, chocolate, vanilla beans, and ancho chile peppers. All the flavors meld to create a truly unique beer. The peppers add just the right amount of heat to complement the intense coffee and chocolate flavors.
Straw in color, our Mexican Cerveza has a crisp, clean flavor profile. Lightly hopped, with a great balance between malt and bitterness, with a touch of citrus aroma. Thirst quenching, this brew is best served ice-cold with slice of lime.
English pub ale meets the French farmhouse tradition and American oak aging in this dry, drinkable farmhouse mild ale. Full-flavored, but brewed with enough restraint to be highly sessionable. Unfiltered, unpasteurized, and naturally conditioned.
Light and refreshing with a fruity nose and subtle hints of clove and allspice define this everyday beer. With a clean finish that leaves you wanting another sip, this hazy thirst quencher is a modern throwback to Plzen Bohemia, the birthplace to Pilsner.
Collaboration with Copperhead Brewery! Brewed with Azacca, Galaxy, and Citra Hops. Galaxy, because we are Aussie; Citra, because Seth loves them; and Azacca because we all love them! Super fruity and juicy. Hazy AF, in the right way. Yummy, hoppy and smooth!
A crisp, refreshing Hawaiian-style pale ale. Its signature copper color results from the unique blend of specialty roasted malts. The pronounced citrus-floral hop aroma comes from the liberal amounts of Galena, Cascade & Mt. Hood hops added to each brew.

Traditional throughout Latin America, the guayabera shirt combines style, functionality, form and tradition in it’s four-pocketed design. We at Cigar City feel the same reverence and appreciation for the guayabera that we do for the Citra hop varietal, an ingredient that imparts notes of tangerine, lime and berries to this traditional American Pale Ale. The exclusive use of Citra hops in this beer creates a flavor that’s at once unique and recognizable, while it’s dry, crisp character and moderate alcohol make it as refreshing and functional as a crisp linen guayabera.
Medusa's rich, dark fruit flavors are derived from a true Belgian abbey yeast and Belgian candi sugar. Those flavors transition into a sweet, bready malt base. Dangerously easy to drink. As great as Medusa is fresh, it will age nicely.
Taking a step away from our namesake, once a year we craft a lager worthy of extra days in the cellar. The COOP Oktoberfest combines Munich malt, Bavarian hops and a traditional German yeast, and calls for the celebration of fall arrival. It's time to find a tent, fill your stein, prost, yodel and polka!
Oso Bueno. Translated as "Good Bear", our American Amber Ale is made for the summers and cuisine of Texas. Subtle caramel and toffee flavors with a touch of rye malt are balanced by floral and earthy hop aromas. So refreshing and delicious, it can only be called...Oso Bueno. #bearpuns
Who wants to kick fruit out of beer? Not us. When done right, adding orange or grapefruit or tangerine can contribute a deeper level of delicious complexity to the beer. In this case, peach was the perfect complement to enhance the substantial bill of hops in this double IPA. May its reign last more than a few terms.
You will recognize Wittekerke Wit Beer by the elegant glass, the sunny colour and the dense, creamy head. The flavour is round and has a spicy bitterness. The celebrated beer connoisseur Michel Jackson became lyrical while describing Wittekerke as "creamy, aromatic, with a clean, teasing, perfumy fruitiness and faintly herbal tartness".
