Aging beer takes time, patience, and a whole lot of love, We aged our tres leches stout, Big Spoon, in Breckenrige rye whiskey casks for 13 months. The result is a delicate, sweet, rich, and vibrant stout with vanilla, chocolate, and cask accents. It’s more than a Big Spoon, it’s a Lovin’ Spoonful.
Malt: 2-Row, Carafoam, Cara Munich, Chocolate, Oats, Roasted Barley, (Lactose added)
Aged 13 months in Rye Whiskey barrels.
