Blonde Ale with Citra hops
West Coast-Style IPA
Our take on a light lager, simply made with 100% pilsner malt, it is gluten reduced, and the offical beer of the Texas VFW Foundation (we donate for each CE sold!)
Well balanced IPA with a citrus forward nose.
Traditional Kölsch style, slight fruity esters on the nose with a slight dry finish.
A lighter version of a German hefeweizen for our hot Houston days, Lucy gives you a blend of clove and banana without being too wheat-sweet.
A collaboration beer between us and NOBI, we hopped the beer like a NEIPA with Rakau, Waiti, and Motueka hops, but brewed it like a pilsner beer and lagered it. All in all, pretty cool beer!
A true Czech style Pilsner, super easy and smooth. Voted one of the best Pilsners in Houston by Houston Brewer’s!
Fresh strawberries on the nose and in the flavor, made with fresh strawberries from HEB.
It’s our imperial brown ale with lactose sugar for a great mocha-flavored beer base, but we didn’t stop there, and shoved it full of chocolate and coffee flavors for an explosion of deliciousness.
7.2% ABV, 26 IBU, loaded with Huell Melon, Mosaic, and El Dorado hops, fermented with Conan. Not a NEIPA, but a hazy/juicy IPA.
