    Massinghorn (32oz Crowler)

This beer uses a combination of 5 US hops to produce a respectfully dank beer that remains well-balanced painted across a clean canvas of American 2-row malt, and fermented with a high-attentuating American yeast strain. Centennial and Chinook hops set an early piney bittering current that is followed with bountiful flavor and aroma waves derived from a combination of Mosaic, Citra, and Galaxy hops, used for late boil and significant dry-hop additions.

    The Dean (32oz Crowler)

Brewed (and double dry-hopped) with a harmony of Mosaic, Idaho 7 and Azacca hop varietals, this beer leads the palate with massive tangerine and pine notes, rounding into bright, ripened tropical fruit undertones, finishing with the sturdy bitterness of American resin we all know and love.

    Beauhaus (32oz Crowler)

This wheat beer is easy-drinking yet beautifully complex. We ferment our Hefe at lower temperatures than some, to coax heavier clove characteristics from the yeast with more subdued banana notes. We then delicately dry-hop this beer with Citra to produce a refreshing, balanced brew.

Named as a tribute to our good friends (and bad ass bike makers) at Fireman Texas Cruzer and because it was the fourth year-round beer we created, Firemans #4 is our most popular and best-selling beer to date. With an ever-drinkable balance of smooth malt and zesty hops, this refreshing blonde is perfect on a hot day or paired with spicy food. It’s no wonder why so many Texans love it. Take one for a spin at a watering hole near you and, if you’re looking for an awesome bike, we invite you to check out Firemans Texas Cruzer at firemansbikes.com.

  • Problem No Problem

    0 out of 5

This is the third collaboration we’ve brewed with our friends at Monkish Brewing Company. We went far outside the box with this one! This saison was brewed with raw sugar, green lentils, sweet and bitter orange peel, and a funky homemade curry spice blend (cumin, ginger, mustard seed, peppercorns, coriander, and fenugreek), giving each and every sip its own unique complexities! Aromas of brown sugar, oak, and funk in the nose. Tastes of oak, maple syrup, and just a hint of spices pairs well with the subtle funk, and light tartness.

Our relationship with Bloomington-based Oliver Winery continues in this bottle of Oak & Rose. Ten years ago, we traded beer for barrels from the winery to create our first batches of sours-such as this one-on previously used, neutral, Oliver oak wine barrels. This blend of base sour blonde ale aged on Chambourcin grapes from Oliver’s Creekbemd Vineyard creates tart and sweet flavors reminiscent of dry rose wine. Beer and wine drinkers alike will love this creation.

  • Apple Pineapple

The 2019 World Cidercraft Awards voted Bishop Apple Pineapple a U.S. Bronze: Flavored Cider – Fruit, and a Judges Pick for overall Speciality Cider… and that’s for the world y’all. “Wonderful flavor, super smooth, not overly sweet, perfectly crisp. It’s more apple-y than pineapple-y.” This kinda says it all… and we didn’t even write it, HB did on UnTappd. Our Apple Pineapple is a blend of our traditional cider and the refreshing taste of pineapple. This creates a wonderful cider that is slightly sweet, and has a clean finish. It also pairs well with Spumante for a different take on the traditional mimosa. KC had 2 words “Fruity. Magical.” Simple but says it all. Thanks KC.

A Legend Born in Far West Texas

A Lone River cuts through the high desert of Far West Texas. Some look to the Lone River for refreshment, others chase the story it writes in every bend and bow.

Out of this Lone River, flows Ranch Water. Legend has it, the first soul to taste Ranch Water followed miles of Texas stars until found asleep under a piñon tree. While what transpired on the journey remains a mystery, its spirit, its sense of adventure inspires to this day.

The new ingredient is lactose, a.k.a. milk sugar. When Velvet Merlin is brewed with milk sugar to create Nitro Merlin Milk Stout, the effect is similar to adding cream to your dark roasted coffee. The result is a stout that is still dark and roasty, but now with a mellow sweetness and added roundness of body.

Silver Tip, part of our Apple Tree Series, is a hand-crafted semi-dry cider made with a carefully selected blend of tree-ripened, Great Lakes heritage and culinary apples. We bring the flavors of the country’s finest orchards to you in this can.

As the apple tree awakens from its winter slumber, the fruit bud separates at the tip, exposing silver tissue. It is only a matter of months before the Silver Tip becomes an apple that we press and craft into this refreshing cider.

    0 out of 5

A SMaSH, Single Malt and Single Hop, IPA using a caboodle (technical term for a large amount of malt) of malt and a new hop released in 2012 called Mosaic (HBC 369). It is a daughter of Simcoe (YCR 14), one of our favorite hops. Whole cone Mosaic is used for bittering, flavoring, and aroma in the kettle; it is also massively dry hopped. The beer is named after a Texas Heroine.

Tasting notes: chalk-white head with a very clean malt backbone. The hops impart strong grapefruit, pineapple, and blueberry flavor and aroma. A strong beer that is extremely quaffable.
