Cruz Control - Brewed and copiously dry-hopped with Ella, Bravo and El Dorado. A full-bodied ale that spotlights the tropical hard candy talents of El Dorado, alongside the stone fruit/orange notes of Bravo with a light grapefruit contribution from Ella.
El Kapitan -This is a boozy beer meant for the hop-heads. Ringing in at 120 IBU’s, we use a boatload of American hop varietals in this one: Columbus for bittering, Simcoe for flavoring, Centennials for aroma and the ever-aromatic Mosaics for dry-hopping. Smooth, balanced and named for a good friend who introduced us to Pliny the Elder many moons ago.
Puggle Fuggle - Brewed with Maris Otter, caramel/chocolate malts, bittered with (you guessed it) Fuggle hops, super-charged with a late dose of molasses, and fermented with a traditional British ale strain, boasting a robust malty flavor and the warm hue of a Puggle.
