Draft Wagon Members Only, Pale Ale
Chico(16 oz Four Pack)
Chico Pale Ale is one of our year-round beers. This beer is named after Chico, California, home of Sierra Nevada and the OG American Pale Ale. Compared to the OG, Chico is more bitter and hop forward. Think of Chico as a modern version of the OG. Chico is hoppy, grapefruity, refreshing, and assertively bitter for a Pale Ale.

Fruited, Pale Ale
Cortes (16 oz Four Pack)
Cortes is an homage to our Chief Carl Conveyer, Alex Guzman! This Pink Guava Pale Ale was originally brewed for his wedding and – we gotta say – it’s the perfect MARRIAGE of all things hoppy, fruity, and crushable! The union of Idaho 7, Cascade, and Amarillo hops with Pink Guava puree create a tropical synergy of fruit-forward flavor while still being astonishingly crushable!

Pale Ale
Tiny Viking (16 oz Four Pack)
Tiny Viking is an aromatic, hop haul! We used Norwegian Kviek yeast to create a tiny haze hit. Super approachable but filled with juicy flavor.

Houston, Pale Ale
Who’s Paul (16 oz. 4 pack)
One of the first SYBC recipes, the Who’s Paul? Pale Ale has a peach and orange-peel aroma, a smooth, soft mouthfeel, light biscuit breadiness, and an ending of balanced bitterness with a fruity-citrus tang.
